in response to Eddie Van Halen's statement about his fight with cancer last night:
The following is a message from David Lee Roth to you, the fans, and to Edward Van
Halen, in response to last evening's statement released by Edward:
"I was stunned this morning to learn Eddie Van Halen has cancer.
My condolences.
You can whip this champ.

Dec 31, 2000 - 2000: The Year In Review
2000 has come and gone, and I don't have to tell you that it was probably
the most frustrating year ever in the life of Van Halen fans. "No news is
good news" got old real fast.
